After your VIP Day, you’ll have 7 days of unlimited Slack support with our team to address any questions or minor adjustments as you settle into your new website. We’re here to make sure everything runs smoothly and that your site is exactly how you envisioned it.

Once the 7 days are up, you have the option to continue with a monthly retainer, which includes up to 1 hour of updates per month for $150. This covers minor design tweaks, content updates, troubleshooting, and more. If you choose not to continue with the retainer, your Slack channel will be closed, but you can always reach out to our support team via email. We’ll create an estimate for any changes or issues that arise, ensuring your website stays in top shape.

Minor revisions are included during your VIP Day and the 7 days of post-launch support to ensure everything looks and functions as you envisioned. Once changes are approved, we consider them final, but we understand that things can evolve. Yes, a 50% retainer is required to secure your VIP Day. This non-refundable retainer guarantees your spot and allows us to begin the preparation process. The remaining balance is due by the end of the VIP Day, with the final files being transferred and installed the following morning.

Due to the intensive nature of the VIP Day, we typically do not offer payment plans. However, we understand the financial challenges many practitioners face and want to support your growth. That's why we offer a limited number of payment plans each quarter to help you plan accordingly.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your VIP Day, which will be scheduled 3-6 months out. This allows you the flexibility to structure the remaining payments over a 3-6 month period, with the final payment due the day of your VIP Day. This option ensures your date is locked in while giving you time to prepare for the investment.

We understand that life happens, and while rescheduling is generally difficult, especially if it's due to not gathering content and images before the VIP Day, we’ve made this process as seamless as possible with our prep guides to help you stay on track.

If a reschedule is necessary and the request is made more than 14 days in advance, we can accommodate it for a $1500 rescheduling fee, subject to our availability. While we can’t guarantee how quickly we can get you back on the schedule, we’ll do our best to find a new date. Exceptions may be made for verifiable emergencies, as we understand certain situations are unavoidable.

Absolutely! We work with clients from all over the world and will do our best to accommodate your timezone. However, to ensure our team delivers the best possible service, we do need to maintain our regular hours. We’ll work together to find a schedule that works for both sides as much as possible!
