Unresolved payments after ten (10) days will result in liability for collection costs, attorney's fees, and other legal costs. In the case of an outstanding balance or disputed charge, you will be responsible for accruing costs and fees, banned from future purchases, and your license to use the product will be revoked. You will have fourteen (14) days to remove any RMDY intellectual property upon revocation. Continued use of RMDY products after revocation without authorization will result in copyright infringement action and fees. If payments are delinquent beyond 30 days, the project balance will be immediately due in full, and delinquency beyond 45 days will be submitted for collections.

This unique URL tracks how many clients use your Affiliate Link and what purchases to attribute to your referrals. Once a purchase is made using your Affiliate Link, you will receive a commission payment within thirty (30) days of the purchase.
Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your Affiliate Link on your website and social media platforms. Any failure to properly integrate or maintain the Affiliate Link may result in tracking errors, and RMDY will not be held liable for such issues.
Error Reporting: Any errors, omissions, or delays in the functionality of the Affiliate Link should be reported to RMDY for investigation. RMDY is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur with the Affiliate Link.

Affiliates must maintain a professional demeanor that reflects positively on RMDY. Any actions that harm the reputation of RMDY will be grounds for termination from the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, unprofessional behavior, disparaging remarks, or any actions that could cause financial or reputational damage to RMDY.
Use of RMDY Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RMDY’s intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrighted materials, solely for the purpose of promoting RMDY products. Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works of RMDY’s intellectual property. Unauthorized use of RMDY’s intellectual property is grounds for immediate termination from the Program.
Confidentiality
Affiliates may have access to confidential information as part of the Program. Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of RMDY. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, marketing strategies, and customer data.
Non-Disparagement
Affiliates agree not to make any false, negative, or disparaging statements about RMDY, its products, or its employees. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Termination
Termination by RMDY: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of this Agreement.
Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions for sales generated after the termination date. Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Idaho.
